Customer Service Mortgage Representative

Mommy Jobs Online is a national leader in delivering services and solutions for business success. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in helping our Mortgage, Lending & Financial Services clients.
* This is a remote position. Must be able to work unsupervised
* Monthly bonuses based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls (both inbound and outbound)
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work M - F (8 hour days / 40 hour weeks)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Compensation is dependent on experience
Pay: $16.51 hr
