Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is a leading nationwide Notary signing service job platform, connecting companies with Mobile Notary Signing Agents for mortgage loan documents and general Notary work across the U.S. We are looking for someone to work as a Virtual Data Entry Specialist in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPES: PT/FT; 1099 Independent Contractor

SUMMARY: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work virtually, enjoying financial freedom and a flexible schedule tailored to your personal life. This role involves copying and pasting various entries into spreadsheets, managing email communication, and supporting our Notary department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Copy and paste entries into a spreadsheet (names, email addresses, phone numbers). Toggle between websites efficiently. Use email clients (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) to send out marketing ads.

CONTRACTOR COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

Payment is based on production and commissions.

$20.00 per 4,000 single entries submitted. $15.00 commission per sale generated through email marketing campaigns. Bi-weekly payments on the 1st and 15th of the month via direct deposit or mailed paycheck.
