Mommy Jobs Online (https://mommyjobsonline.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Data Entry Clerk to work virtually in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPE: Part-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
DAILY DUTIES:
- Continuously update the company's databases. Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.
- Capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
- Collect information and capture data promptly to ensure the business’ databases are current to accurately reflect its developments, updates and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- High school diploma.
- 1/+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Good command of English. Focused, diligent, energetic and have good people’s skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch-typing skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
SALARY: $17.00 per hour
