Job Requirements

DUTIES:

Be a resource for our customers and clients, providing high quality customer service.
Follow up with provided leads for potential new clients.
Seek out and find leads on your own to grow the portfolio of rental properties with company guidance on where to look and how to convert leads into clients.
Assist in the Fiscal and physical management for a pre-set portfolio of properties once they are occupied.
Manage and oversee that the work order processes are under the maintenance limit, and handle all vendor coordination with the tenants and vendors.
Process work order approvals through the Property Management software.
Assist in the oversight of all aged receivables and file legal proceedings for all past due tenants in accordance with the policies and procedures-- negotiate payment plans if agreed upon and follow through to ensure that payments are received.
May need to appear in court for landlord-tenant complaints and execute on possession orders if required.
Send late letters out each month for past due tenants.
Lease properties as needed, including listing, showing, and processing applications and all leasing paperwork.
Inspect properties as needed for Move-Out, Move-In or Interim Inspections.
Oversee the lease renewal process.
Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members.
Be on call for emergencies as needed to coordinate required maintenance or speak with clients.

Skills or Expertise

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED
Property Management and leasing experience is preferred.
Property Management software experience is preferred.

SKILLS:

Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to assess situations and make fair decisions for all parties involved.
Knowledge of leasing.
Computer/Internet knowledge.
Ability to work well with others.
